Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Leek 1 pc
Lettuce (2 leaves iceberg lettuce) 2 pc
Cherry tomatoes 4 pc
Salmon (lightly salted) 30 g

Cut lightly salted salmon into cubes. Cherry in half. Leek stalk in rings.
