Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make rolls with salmon, crab sticks, cheese and avocado? We take all the necessary products and start preparing the rolls. We rinse the rice well — 10 times. Then we leave it to stand for 30 minutes. Put the rice on high heat and wait for it to boil, then reduce the heat, close the lid and cook for 15 minutes. The cooked rice should cool, add 4 tablespoons of rice vinegar to it and mix gently.

Step 2

Step 2
While the rice is cooking, prepare the slices for the filling. Thinly cut the skin from the cucumber and avocado and cut them into strips. Cut the defrosted crab sticks and fish fillets into pieces the same length and width as the cucumber.

Step 3

Step 3
Take a bamboo mat and place a sheet of nori on it, shiny side down. Spread the rice ball evenly over the nori. It is recommended to wrap the mat in several layers of cling film and secure it on the sides, burning it with a lit match. In this form it will not move apart, it will be more convenient to work with it and the roll will be more accurate.

Step 4

Step 4
On the edge of the nori with rice we place cucumber, avocado, crab sticks and fish, and spread cottage cheese on top. All components must be on the same line — as in the photo.

Step 5

Step 5
We wrap everything into a roll.

Step 6

Step 6
Give the finished roll time to soak, so it will be easier to cut.

Step 7

Step 7
Cut the roll into 6 pieces with a sharp knife. Serve the rolls with pickled ginger and soy sauce and wasabi dressing. We eat using wooden sticks.

Step 8

Step 8
Enjoy your evening in the company of such excellent and exotic Japanese cuisine!
