Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Salt 9 g
Water 450 ml
Honey 40 g
Cauliflower 500 g
Greenery (dry; oregano, parsley, basil) 0.5 tbsp
Hot pepper (two cm from the pod) to taste
Apple vinegar (6%) 6 tbsp

This appetizer is very easy to prepare in the microwave. We separate the cabbage into inflorescences and place them in a container with a lid.

For the marinade, mix salt, honey, vinegar, herbs, chopped garlic and spices (dry basil, dry parsley, a pinch of oregano) with water.

Stir until the salt dissolves.

Pour the COLD MARINADE over the cabbage until it is lightly covered and cover with a lid. I also added a few sprigs of dill.

Place in the microwave at 700 W for four minutes.

After this, carefully mix and set for another three minutes at the same power. Then shake slightly so that the marinade is distributed evenly, and leave the cabbage in the microwave (turned off) until it cools completely. After this, you can put it in the refrigerator, or you can try it right away!

Thatʼs all! The cabbage is ready! It’s very convenient to make in the morning — by the evening you will have a wonderful snack. The cabbage turns out crispy, spicy, sweet and sour. If you add dark red hot peppers, the cabbage will take on a pinkish tint.
