Salt to taste
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp
Black bread 200 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make garlics with garlic? Prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can take any black bread — with yeast or without yeast. Sunflower oil can be used refined, odorless or first pressed — it is more aromatic. Or replace it with olive oil.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the crusts off the bread. If the bread is sliced, simply cut it into oblong bars. If whole, then first cut it into equal slices about 1 cm thick, and then into cubes.

Step 3

Step 3
In a bowl, combine 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and garlic cloves passed through a press. Mix everything thoroughly. Set the aromatic garlic oil aside and let it brew. Instead of regular oil, you can use store-bought flavored oil with garlic and basil.

Step 4

Step 4
Heat the remaining vegetable oil (1 tablespoon or more) in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the bread and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Step 5

Step 5
Place the fried pieces of bread into a bowl. Drizzle with garlic oil, sprinkle with salt and stir. You can use coarse sea salt or finely ground regular table salt. Whatever you prefer. In addition to salt, you can sprinkle the garlics with other spices and dried herbs to taste.

Step 6

Step 6
Then transfer the bread to paper towels to remove excess fat.

Step 7

Step 7
Serve garlics with garlic with beer or just like that. Bon appetit!
