Garlic 2 clove
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground hot pepper to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Parsley 1 g
Hot pepper to taste
Eggplant 2 pc
Sesame (optional) 1 tsp
Yogurt (2-3 tbsp. l. natural thick yogurt) 2 tbsp

Wash the eggplants, wipe them and divide them into 2 parts. We make cuts in the pulp, sprinkle with salt and sprinkle with vegetable oil. Bake the eggplants at 180-200 C until soft.
