Ingredients (6 portions)

Fishballs:

Onion 150 g
Salt to taste
Wheat flour 2 tbsp
Pepper to taste
Eggs 1 pc
Breadcrumbs 80 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Silver carp 700 g

Sauce:

Water 600 ml
Sour cream 5 tbsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp

Letʼs prepare the products. I have silver carp fillet.

Grind the fish fillet through a meat grinder. Add egg, breadcrumbs to the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste. Mix the minced meat very well.

We wet our hands in water and make balls slightly larger than a walnut from the minced fish.

Heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil. Take a frying pan with high sides, we will stew our meatballs in it. Then roll each fish ball in flour.

Place all our fishballs (dipped in flour) into a frying pan and fry.
