Basic:

Garlic 10 clove
Salt 1 tsp
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
Ground coriander 1 tsp
Beef (pulp) 700 g
Bulb onions 2 pc
Sunflower oil 3 tbsp
Basil (dried ground) 1 tsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp

Prepare your ingredients.

Pour sunflower oil into the marinade container. If you like olive, thatʼs fine too.

Add soy sauce to the oil.

Add basil, coriander and salt. The quantity and composition of spices can be adjusted to suit your taste — reduce or increase the quantity, remove it altogether, or make your own combination. The main thing is that you like the aroma of the finished marinade (note that onions and garlic are also added to the marinade).

Peel and squeeze the garlic into the marinade, mix everything well.

Cut the onion into fairly thin half rings.

Place the meat in a convenient container and pour the marinade over it. Massage the meat well so that it accepts the marinade.
