Slow Cooker Juicy Turkey Fillet

A quick way to cook whole turkey fillet. In a slow cooker, turkey boiled pork cooks faster than in the oven, and it turns out juicier. I used a mixture of spices for chicken, but you can use any other to your taste.

In order to quickly prepare delicious boiled pork, we will need a slow cooker, and we will cook it from turkey fillet. Take an 800 gram piece of fillet, wash it with cold water and dry it with a napkin. We will also peel 5 cloves of garlic and cut each one lengthwise to make it easier to stuff the meat, break 2 bay leaves into several parts. We will also take a teaspoon with the top of spices, half a teaspoon of salt, and a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

We pierce the turkey fillet evenly with the tip of a knife in different places and put a piece of garlic into these cuts.

Then rub the stuffed piece of fillet with spices and salt on all sides.
