Basic:

Garlic 6 clove
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt 3 g
Ground black pepper 2 g
Oregano g
Pork 500 g
Basil 1 g

Greenery 150 g
With horseradish 10 g

Prepare ingredients for boiled pork. We also need foil.

Rinse the pork in water and dry with kitchen towels. Make punctures using a kitchen knife.

Peel the garlic, cut each clove (I have large ones) into 2-3 parts. Place garlic into the punctures in the meat.

Mix salt and spices in a bowl. Rub the mixture over the meat, pour in olive oil and rub thoroughly.

Transfer the meat to foil.

Wrap tightly in several layers and place in a multicooker bowl (I pour a little oil into the bowl). Select the Baking program 1 hour. Cook until the characteristic signal.

Leave the cooked boiled pork in the bowl after the signal, then transfer it to a dish and unwrap the foil. The boiled pork is ready.
