Chicken mince 200 g
Ground black pepper 0.2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Milk 100 g
Chicken breasts 500 g
Paprika 1 tsp
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Turmeric 1 tsp
Curry 1 tsp
Allspice (ground) 0.2 tsp

To prepare chicken sausage, take fillet from one chicken breast, weighing 500 g, 200 prepared minced chicken, one egg, 100 ml of milk and a teaspoon of salt and spices: paprika, curry, turmeric, as well as a pinch of black and allspice ground pepper.

We pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder.

In a bowl, combine minced chicken, ground chicken fillet, beat in an egg, pour in milk and add salt and spices.

Mix the sausage mixture well with a spoon until smooth.

Place the resulting sausage mince in a sleeve or baking bag.

We form a sausage in the bag, if it is a sleeve, then tie the ends tightly.

We fix the resulting sausage with cling film, wrapping it lengthwise and crosswise.

Then immerse the prepared chicken sausage in a pan of boiling water and cook for an hour over low heat, covering the pan with a lid.

After an hour, take the cooked chicken sausage out of the pan, put it on a plate and let it cool. It is best to chill it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
