Grainy mustard 0.5 tsp

Wash the trout under running water, clean and dry. Rub the fish with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. If you donʼt like this combination, you can skip the lemon juice. Also at this stage, you can rub the fish with any fish spices, such as rosemary, marjoram, basil, fennel, or use a ready-made fish seasoning.

Place the trout on a baking sheet lined with parchment or in a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 35-40 minutes. To prevent the fish from drying out, you can cover the pan with foil. Baking times are approximate, use your oven specifications.

How to make sauce? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Take the cucumbers and cut them into several pieces. Peel the garlic, chop it with a press, on a small grater or with a knife. Wash the dill under running water, dry and cut as you like, I chopped it coarsely. Place everything in a blender bowl. In general, in this case, the cutting method is not important, since everything will be crushed with a blender.

Add natural classic yogurt to the bowl. You can replace it with sour cream or sour cream with mayonnaise.
