Pepper to taste
Eggs 3 pc
Fish fillet (2 pcs Sole sole, you can have hake, pollock and other sea fish with few bones.) 700 g
loaf (dryish French baguette 3-4 slices or other unsweetened light loaf — for breading) 140 g
