Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
For this recipe you will need large king prawns. They should already be boiled. Remove the shrimp from the freezer, place in a bowl and pour boiling water until it completely covers them.

Step 2

Step 2
Drain the shrimp. Squeeze the juice out of the lemons and pour it over the shrimp. Remove the leaves from the rosemary sprigs. Peel and grate the ginger. Add the prepared ingredients to the shrimp, mix well. Leave the shrimp to marinate in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Step 3

Step 3
Meanwhile, peel and chop the garlic as finely as possible. Place a frying pan on the stove and pour in olive oil. Heat it thoroughly and fry the garlic on it. Place the marinated shrimp in a frying pan and simmer for a few minutes.

Step 4

Step 4
Add soy sauce and sugar to the shrimp. This is a very interesting combination. The soy sauce will add flavor and the sugar will allow the shrimp to caramelize a little. Add a piece of butter to the shrimp and fry the seafood without a lid for a couple of minutes.
