Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Rice 250 g
Eggs 2 pc
Breadcrumbs 60 g
Parsley to taste
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 100 g
Champignon 250 g
Dry spices to taste
Dill to taste
Salmon 600 g
Balsamic vinegar 3 tbsp

To prepare the appetizer, we need a piece of fresh salmon, from which we remove the skin and remove all the bones.

Chop the onion.

Heat the stove, pour vegetable oil into the frying pan, add the onion and fry until transparent at high temperature.

Chop the dill and parsley.

Add the greens to the pan with the onions and fry well with a spatula.

Add balsamic vinegar to the onions and herbs.

Break two eggs, separate the yolks from the whites and place them in a cup.

Add breadcrumbs to the yolks and mix well.

Add the fried onions and herbs to the breadcrumbs and yolk.

Mix thoroughly and get a sauce for the appetizer.

We grease the bottom and sides of the mold well with vegetable oil and put a layer of rice in it, which we compact to a centimeter.

Cut the fish into pieces, place it in a bowl, salt to taste, add fish spices, season with vegetable oil and place fish pieces evenly on top of the rice.

We take our dish out of the oven, spread the fried mushrooms evenly on top and cover with a lid for five minutes.
