Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Tomatoes 1 pc
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Ground coriander 0.5 tsp
Milk 150 g
Hard cheese 100 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Minced meat 500 g
Greenery to taste
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp

To prepare the appetizer, finely chop the onion and garlic.

Add onion and garlic to minced meat.

We also add a loaf of bread soaked in milk, a chicken egg, crushed coriander in a mortar, salt and pepper to the minced meat and mix thoroughly with your hands until smooth.

Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil and lay out the pepper cut into 2 cm rings.

Place minced meat tightly into each pepper ring.

Cut the tomato into thin rings and place them with small pepper rings on the minced meat for each portion. Then place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

We take the baked finished dish out of the oven and sprinkle each portion of the dish with grated hard cheese. Then return the pan to the switched off oven for 5 minutes so that the cheese melts.
