Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make tartlets? Prepare the required ingredients. You can buy store-bought tartlets or prepare them yourself according to any suitable recipe. Whether they are sandy or puffy, it doesn’t matter, it’s a matter of choice. In order not to have to worry about peeling shrimp, it is better to immediately buy peeled ones. You can take any boiled, soft, hard or semi-hard cheese.

Step 2

Step 2
Boil the shrimp in water until tender according to the instructions on their packaging. I added 1/2 tsp to the water. salt and a slice of lemon for taste.

Step 3

Step 3
Place the cooked shrimp in a colander and peel if necessary. Finely chop the peeled shrimp. You can also place the shrimp in a blender bowl and blend into a smooth, creamy pate-like mass. I didnʼt do this.

Step 4

Step 4
Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Pass the garlic through a press.

Step 5

Step 5
In a salad bowl, combine chopped shrimp, grated cheese and chopped garlic.

Step 6

Step 6
Season the resulting mixture with mayonnaise. I recommend using homemade, homemade.

Step 7

Step 7
Mix everything well. If the mass turns out to be too thick, you can add a little more mayonnaise until you get the desired consistency.

Step 8

Step 8
Divide the filling among the tartlets. Garnish the tartlets with whole shrimp, red caviar and basil leaves, as I did. Or come up with your own design option — here the imagination is limitless.
