For pancakes:

Salt 0.25 tsp
Sugar 0.5 tbsp
Wheat flour 100 g
Milk 100 ml
Eggs 1 pc
Vegetable oil 50 g
Soda 0.5 tsp
Kefir 250 ml

For the salad:

Garlic 1 clove
Eggs 3 pc
Hard cheese 50 g
Mayonnaise 70 g
Processed cheese 100 g

For decoration:

Greenery to taste
Honey mushrooms to taste
Cherry tomatoes 1 pc

First, letʼs boil the eggs, while they cook and cool, weʼll bake pancakes. Heat the kefir a little (should be warm, but not hot). Add egg, sugar, salt, soda to kefir and mix. Gradually add flour so that the mass is like thick sour cream, now mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Bring the milk to a boil and pour it into the mixture in a thin stream, stirring all the time. The dough is ready. Bake pancakes in a well-heated frying pan

For the cake we will need six pancakes (if you want to get a large cake, then take more pancakes). Cut five pancakes in half.
