Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
White wine vinegar 1 tsp
Carrot 2 pc
Bulb onions 2 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Pork 200 g
Greenery to taste
Sesame 10 g
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Ground red pepper to taste

How to make heh from meat in Korean? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. It is better to use pork tenderloin, sirloin, so that the meat is softer and more tender. Wine vinegar can be replaced with another to taste. Wash the meat, dry it with a paper towel, trim off fat and veins if necessary. Cut the meat into thin strips. Rinse the prepared meat again and dry with paper towels.

Place a frying pan on the fire and heat it without oil. Place the prepared meat on a preheated frying pan and completely evaporate the liquid from it. Then pour in a tablespoon of vegetable oil, add a little salt and fry the meat for 10 minutes until lightly browned, stirring constantly. Peel the carrots, rinse under running water and grate for Korean salads. If there is no such device, then you can cut the carrots with a knife into thin strips, this will not affect the taste.

Peel the onions and cut into half rings. Peel the garlic cloves and grate them on a fine grater or pass through a press.

Place the prepared carrots and onions in a deep bowl.

Add meat to the bowl with vegetables.

Pour in soy sauce, vegetable oil, wine vinegar, add chopped garlic, salt, black and red pepper.
