Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make pork carbonate in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. How to make marinade for meat? Take grainy mustard and sour cream. Combine them in a spacious bowl.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the onion and cut into quarters of rings. Add chopped onion, lemon juice, salt and spices to a bowl.

Step 3

Step 3
Mix everything well with a spoon.

Step 4

Step 4
Wash the pork belly in running water and dry with paper towels or napkins. Coat it thoroughly on all sides with the resulting marinade. Cover with a lid or film and leave to marinate for 6-8 hours.

Step 5

Step 5
Line a baking dish with foil. Place the marinated meat in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the pan in it for 1-1.5 hours. Towards the end of cooking, pierce the meat with a knife; if the juice is no longer pink, then the meat is ready and can be removed from the oven. Your baking time and temperature may vary.
