How to make julienne with mushrooms in tartlets? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Forest mushrooms can be used. If they are frozen, defrost them at room temperature and squeeze out any excess water. In this case, take more mushrooms by weight. Take unscented vegetable oil.

Wash the pre-peeled onions and cut into small cubes.

Wash the champignons and dry well. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes.

Heat vegetable oil in a suitable sized frying pan. Over medium heat, fry the prepared onions for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Use oil with a high smoke point for frying, that is, any refined vegetable oil.

Place mushrooms in the pan. Fry the mushrooms over moderate heat until the moisture has evaporated. Remember to stir the mushrooms so they cook evenly. Salt the mushrooms and stir. You can add any spices to your taste.
