Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make pork meat chips at home? Prepare your food. You can take the brisket either as a whole piece or ready-cut. Choose the quantity and composition of spices according to your taste.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the brisket into thin long strips with a very sharp knife, after putting it in the freezer for a while to freeze the meat. This will make it easier to cut. I bought already thinly sliced brisket, so I skip this step.

Step 3

Step 3
Line a baking tray with baking paper or a special baking mat. Place the prepared meat slices on top. The breast slices can be placed fairly close together, as the slices will shrink in size when cooked in the oven.

Step 4

Step 4
Prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, mix vegetable oil with spices; I took dried garlic, suneli hops, ground paprika and salt.

Step 5

Step 5
Using a pastry brush, generously brush each slice of brisket with the spiced butter. Place the baking sheet with future meat chips in an oven preheated to 100°C. Dry them for 4-5 hours, the chips should become hard and crispy. Remove the finished chips from the oven, cool and serve! Bon appetit!
