To prepare delicious holiday jellied meat, we prepare the necessary products with spices.

Place six hundred and fifty grams of pork, six hundred and fifty grams of beef, two pork legs, a kilogram of beef shanks and one kilogram of goose meat into a large saucepan.

Pour water into the pan so that it completely covers the meat by a couple of centimeters and, closing the lid, place it on high heat on the stove.

Skim the foam from the broth boiling in the pan and switch the stove to the lowest heat. If desired, the first decoction along with the foam can be drained and the water changed.
