Homemade Fresh Apple Juice Recipe

Refreshing, completely natural, no juice required! Fresh apple juice is nothing more than freshly squeezed juice. It is rich in vitamins and microelements. If you don’t have a juicer, then a blender will come to the rescue — the apples are crushed in it with the addition of water, and then filtered through a sieve.

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make fresh apples in a blender? Prepare your food. Take juicy, tasty apples; apple juice from local varieties is especially good when in season. Calculate the quantity as follows: one medium apple per serving. Take water at the rate of half a glass of water for one apple. In this case, you will get a fairly thin juice, so you can reduce the water, then the juice will be medium thick. I gave just the average amount.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the apples. Cut each into quarters, cutting out the center with the seeds. Cut off the skin. Based on my experience, I advise you to cut the apples into small pieces so that it is easier for the blender to chop them.

Step 3

Step 3
Place the apple pieces in a blender bowl. In addition to the stationary one, a regular submersible one is also suitable. Pour in water. To begin with, not the entire amount, then add according to consistency. Whisk apples and water until smooth. Depending on how thick you want the juice to be, you can further dilute it with water. Add honey to taste — look at the sweetness of the apples. In addition to honey, you can use lemon juice, ginger and other additives. Or do without them completely.

Step 4

Step 4
Whisk the juice again. And then strain it into a glass through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth. Serve the fresh apple juice right away — after standing, it will lose some of its vitamins. Do not be alarmed that the juice will begin to darken — this is the oxidation of iron, which apples are rich in.

Bon appetit!
