Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Wheat flour 1 tbsp
Butter 50 g
Water 1 cup
Pepper to taste
Bay leaf 3 pc
Tomato paste (+ 6 tablespoons water) 3 tbsp
Carrot 1 pc
White cabbage 1 kg
Bulb onions 1 pc
Allspice 5 pc

Cut cabbage, onions, carrots into strips.

Remember cabbage with salt.

Place in a heated frying pan along with tomato paste and simmer until half cooked.
