Bananas 1 pc
Mint 10 g
Yogurt (natural) 1 cup
coconut flakes (For decoration) 1 tbsp
Strawberry 200 g
Poppy food (For decoration) 1 tbsp
Hazelnut (any nuts or seeds) 100 g

How to make a smoothie bowl? To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can freeze the banana first, so it will become sweeter and will not darken quickly. If necessary, peel the hazelnuts and fry them. You can additionally add fruits and berries to the smoothie according to your taste, and also take various nuts and seeds that you like. Instead of yogurt, you can use regular milk or plant-based milk such as coconut or almond milk.

Pour natural yogurt over the oatmeal in advance and mix well, leave for about 2 hours to soften the oatmeal. Or you can use oat bran instead of cereal.
