Basic:

Bananas 2 pc
Sour cream (homemade is better, you can replace it with milk, but it will be a bit runny) 0.5 cup
Kiwi 2 pc

Peel the kiwi, cut into two parts and remove the core (gives a tart, unpleasant taste, not for everyone)
