Ingredients (3 portions)

Basic:

Ginger 20 g
Honey 2 tsp
Sea buckthorn 2 dessert spoon
Dried apples 10 g
Chamomile flowers 2 tsp
Lemon peel 20 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Peel the ginger and grate it on a fine grater. I don’t cut it on purpose, but rather rub it very carefully so that steamed ginger juice with the pulp oozes through these small pointed holes, which will give the drink a richer taste.

Step 2

Step 2
Add 2 teaspoons of dried chamomile to the ginger.

Step 3

Step 3
Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and cut the rest into small pieces. It is these pieces that we add to the kettle.

Step 4

Step 4
Add a healthy dried apple to this healthy mixture to add flavor and aroma.

Step 5

Step 5
Pour boiling water over this aromatic mixture.

Step 6

Step 6
Let it brew for 10 minutes.

Step 7

Step 7
Pour the tea through a sieve and enjoy the wonderful aroma.

Step 8

Step 8
When the tea has cooled a little, you can add honey or sugar if you don’t use honey, and lemon juice to taste and if desired. You should not add honey to very hot liquids, as it loses some of its beneficial properties.

Step 9

Step 9
Instead of lemon, you can add sea buckthorn, ground with sugar — 1 or 2 teaspoons. To get rid of the seeds and peel, I pass it through a sieve.

Step 10

Step 10
Be healthy, drink to your health! If there are contraindications or individual intolerance to some ingredients, be careful, you can add or exclude something. The main thing is that you feel great.
