Apples (about 120-150 gr.) 1 pc
Parsley 5 g
Celery stalk 30 g
Lettuce leaves (or a little more) 10 g
Kiwi 1 pc
Mineral water (without gas, optional) 50 ml

How to make a smoothie from celery and apples in a blender? Prepare all the necessary ingredients that are listed in the recipe. If you like a non-sweet smoothie, add celery, kiwi and apple with a few sprigs of parsley and a small amount of lettuce leaves. If you are preparing a sweet drink, add just a little honey.

So, rinse the apple, kiwi, celery stalk and parsley well and dry with a kitchen towel.

Cut the apple into medium-sized cubes. You can peel the skin if you wish, I usually donʼt do this. Apple skin contains many useful substances. Which apples are best for smoothies? Any variety will do. For vegetable smoothies, I prefer to use sweet and sour apples.

Peel the kiwi and cut it like an apple.

Cut the celery stalk into small pieces; you can first peel the celery. Chop the parsley and lettuce leaves as desired. Which lettuce leaves are best for smoothies? Any leaves of your choice will do, these could be iceberg leaves, romaine, lollo rosso, spinach, lettuce and so on.

Add chopped parsley, celery and lettuce to a blender with the pureed fruit. Beat again until smooth.
