How to make an apple and banana smoothie? Prepare your food. As a liquid component, you can take any dairy products — milk, kefir, natural yogurt, plant milk, etc. I took oat milk. It is better to use instant flakes, they will soften better. You can take any fruits and berries to suit your taste.
