Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to stew chicken with carrots? Prepare your ingredients. Any part of the chicken will do; I used thigh fillet. The most dietary dish will come from the breast. You can simply cut the whole chicken into pieces and cook them. To reduce calories, remove the skin from the meat first.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the carrots well, peel and grate on a medium grater.

Step 3

Step 3
Wash the chicken pieces, dry and place in a deep frying pan. Pour in cold water to completely cover the chicken.

Step 4

Step 4
Turn on the heat, bring the water to a boil and simmer the meat over low heat under the lid for about 20 minutes, periodically removing the foam.

Step 5

Step 5
Then add carrots, salt to the pan and simmer the dish without a lid for about 10 minutes.

Step 6

Step 6
Next add tomato paste. Instead of tomato paste in this dish, you can use fresh or canned tomatoes, it will turn out even tastier. If necessary, add salt to the chicken. You can also add any spices and seasonings to your taste.

Step 7

Step 7
Simmer the chicken and carrots for another 5-7 minutes until the excess liquid evaporates. Pass the garlic through a press, add to the pan and stir. Keep the dish on the fire for a couple more minutes, then remove from the stove. Serve with any side dish. Bon appetit!
