How to make meat with mushrooms in a slow cooker? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Wash the pork under running water, dry it, cut into medium-sized cubes. So that the side is approximately 1.5-2 cm.

Take the champignons, remove the thin skin from the caps and wash the mushrooms under running water. You should not wash mushrooms under water for a long time, as they absorb moisture that will be released during heat treatment. And instead of frying, you get stewing. Cut the mushrooms into large pieces.

Peel the onion and cut into quarters of rings. You can choose a different cutting method.

Turn on the multicooker to the “Baking” mode for 40 minutes, pour in vegetable oil, heat it for 3-4 minutes.

Place the pork in the heated oil and fry it for 10-15 minutes.
