Pan-Fried Chicken Fillet in Kefir Marinade
Even a young housewife can handle this dish. My beloved mother-in-law discovered the kefir marinade for chicken. When we go to the dacha for barbecue, my husband and I bring marinated pork, and she brings chicken in kefir marinade. And no matter what recipe we cook kebabs according to, it is her chicken that turns out tastier and juicier. I adopted her marinade recipe and now often cook chicken and turkey in it.
