How to make pasta with tomatoes? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. How to choose spaghetti? Buy hard pasta. When boiled, such pasta will not stick together and will not become soft. The color of the products should be natural, golden or cream. If the products are unnaturally bright yellow, then dyes have been added. The surface of the paste should be smooth and matte.

Which tomatoes are best? Take large, ripe and juicy fruits. Wash them. Make cross cuts on top with a sharp knife. Place in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Remove, cool and remove skin. Cut into small cubes. If the tomatoes are very juicy, watery and released a lot of juice when cutting, transfer them to a bowl so that the resulting liquid does not spread on the cutting board.

While the sauce is preparing, boil the pasta. How to cook spaghetti correctly? Pour water into a wide saucepan. Put it on fire. When it boils, add salt (per 100 g of pasta about 10 g of salt). Fan the spaghetti without breaking it. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. Do not close the lid. Boil until al dente (check instructions for cooking time). Give it a try. When ready, drain the cooked pasta in a colander. There is no need to rinse with water.
