Basic:

Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 1 tbsp
Water (You can add broth instead of water) 0.5 l
Bay leaf 1 pc
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Bulb onions 1 pc
Table vinegar 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Beef heart 600 g

Dry the washed heart on a towel or napkin, cut into small pieces and fry in oil in a very hot frying pan.

Sprinkle them with flour and fry until browned.

Place meat in a small saucepan.

Add hot water or broth to the meat, cover the pan with a lid and simmer over low heat for 2-3 hours.

Fry finely chopped onion in oil in a frying pan.

Add vinegar, bay leaf, sugar, tomato paste. Fry.

20-30 minutes before the end of stewing the meat, add the frying to the pan. Salt and pepper. Serve boiled rice, pasta, and potatoes as a side dish. Bon appetit!
