Garlic 2 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Butter (with a slide, softened) 2 tbsp
Parsley to taste
Beef (steaks) pc
Paprika to taste
Thyme, thyme to taste

How to fry juicy beef on the grill? First of all, prepare all the products indicated on the list. Remove the beef steaks from the refrigerator in advance and leave at room temperature for about 40-60 minutes.

Meanwhile, make aromatic oil. Place the softened butter in a suitable convenient container.

Rinse fresh thyme and parsley in clean water and dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Chop the greens as finely as possible. Add thyme and parsley, salt to taste, garlic, paprika, and ground pepper to the oil. The amount of garlic can be increased to taste. I took about 0.5 tsp each of pepper and paprika. Mix everything thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous mass.

Wrap the butter in cling film and form into a sausage. Place in the freezer to freeze the butter. It took me about 30-40 minutes.

Light up the grill. When the wood and coals have burned out, proceed to the next cooking step.

Remove the frozen butter from the freezer. Cut into thin slices.

Lightly salt and pepper the beef steaks on all sides. Rub the salt over the entire surface of the meat using massaging movements.
