Ingredients (3 portions)

Basic:

Onion 2 pc
Salt to taste
Water 1 cup
Turkey (you can take breast or thigh fillet) 500 g
Vegetable oil (for frying) 30 g
Dry spices to taste
Sesame 1 tsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make turkey meat in pieces in a frying pan? Rinse turkey fillet (I used breast) in running, cold water and dry with paper towels. Cut the turkey into large pieces, approximately the same size.

Step 2

Step 2
Place the frying pan on the fire and heat until hot. Pour in some vegetable oil. Place the chopped meat and fry over high heat until golden brown. Stir the meat periodically with a wooden spatula.

Step 3

Step 3
While the meat is roasting, take care of the onions. Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Chop it finely.

Step 4

Step 4
Add chopped onion to the pan with the meat. Fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

Step 5
Add some soy sauce. Add dry spices and a little salt to taste. When adding salt, consider the presence of soy sauce, as it itself is quite salty.

Step 6

Step 6
Then pour some hot water into the pan and cover with a lid. Reduce heat and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes. The finished dish can be served as an independent snack or diversified with any side dish. When serving, I recommend sprinkling the meat with a little sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
