Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Water 200 ml
Sour cream 150 g
Maggi seasoning (maggi seasoning for fish for main course) 1 pc
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
Lemons (Tashkent lemon) 90 g
Trout (4 red fish steaks, 200 grams each) 800 g

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Wash the lemon and cut into thin slices. Clean the fish, rinse and cut into steaks.

Grease the bottom of the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil. Place fish steaks, sprinkle with chopped onions, and place lemon wedges on top.
