How to make chicken in a double boiler? Prepare your food. I have 6 pieces of legs, you can use any parts of the chicken, but the legs and thighs will be the most delicious)

Peel the garlic. I took one clove per leg. Pass the garlic through a press.

Place the legs into the prepared mixture, mix well, cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes. But the longer the legs are in the marinade, the tastier it will be.

Place our marinated chicken legs into the steamer container. Also place all the remaining marinade on top of the chicken, do not throw anything away) Cook our dish for 50 minutes in a double boiler.
