Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 3 clove
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Soda 0.5 tsp
Beef liver 600 g
Corn flour 2 tbsp

Recipe instructions

Wash the liver, dry it, remove the film and cut into large pieces.

Prepare the marinade: in a bowl, beat the egg with salt, sugar, soda and garlic, passed through a press.

Pour the mixture over the liver pieces and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, or you can leave overnight.

Fry the peeled and cut into half rings in a small amount of vegetable oil. Place on a plate.

Dip each marinated piece of liver in cornmeal and place in the preheated frying pan in which the onions were fried.

Add a little oil and fry on both sides until golden brown (3 minutes on each side).

When the liver is evenly browned, sprinkle it with fried onions, stir, cover and simmer for another 5 minutes. Check for readiness by cutting a piece. If thereʼs no pink inside, youʼre done!
