Olive oil 2 tbsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Turkey fillet 300 g

How to fry turkey in pieces? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. I have turkey fillet, but any part of it is suitable for this recipe, including bones. Clean the meat, if necessary, rinse well in water and pat dry with paper towels.

Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan (I used olive oil). There is a simple way to check whether the oil is hot enough in the frying pan. Dip a wooden spatula into it. If bubbles have gathered around it, then you can begin the frying process.

Place turkey fillet in pan. Do this carefully, do not forget that the oil is hot.

Pour soy sauce into the pan. Please note that I did not add salt because the sauce itself is salty. If you prefer to roast without it, salt the turkey at this point.

Stirring occasionally, fry the meat over medium heat until cooked through, about 20 minutes.
