If desired, you can sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds. Absolutely any side dish goes with this dish. I served it with cooked fluffy rice.

Ingredients (5 portions)

Basic:

Sugar 2 tbsp
Wheat flour 2 tbsp
Tomato paste 50 g
Beef 600 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Champignon 100 g
bell pepper 1 pc
Green beans 50 g
Apple vinegar 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 100 ml

How to make beef in sweet and sour sauce? Prepare your ingredients.

Cut the beef into small pieces.

Sprinkle the meat with flour and pour soy sauce over it. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

Peel the bell pepper from seeds and cut into cubes.

Cut the mushrooms into slices.

Place the beef with the marinade in a heated frying pan and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Add green beans, bell peppers and mushrooms to the meat.
