Basic:

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
bell pepper 5 pc

Filling:

Garlic 2 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Minced meat 400 g
Paprika 0.5 tsp
Pine nuts 50 g

Sauce:

Water 600 ml
Sour cream 100 g
Tomato paste 50 g

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut off the caps of the peppers. Remove seeds.

Ground meat. Pre-boil the rice until half cooked and place in a sieve.

Pass the garlic through a press. Mix rice, minced meat, garlic, pine nuts and spices.
