A tasty and healthy liver dish in just 1 hour. I like this recipe because it makes a lot of delicious sauce. Any side dish is suitable, but it tastes best with cereals or pasta or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Ground coriander (pinch) 2 g
Nutmeg 0.5 tsp
Wheat flour 1 tbsp
Water 200 ml
Sour cream (20%) 100 g
Vegetable oil to taste
Paprika 0.5 tsp
Dill (2-3 branches) 10 g
Beef liver 500 g

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the liver, cover with water and leave for 30 minutes. Then drain the water and cut the liver into small pieces.

Wash the parsley, dry and chop.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add liver. Fry, stirring, over medium heat until the liquid has completely evaporated.

Dilute sour cream and flour with water. Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. If necessary, strain the mixture through a sieve.

Add nutmeg, paprika and coriander to the pan. Fry together, stirring, for 3 minutes.

Add the sour cream and flour mixture to the pan and stir.

Bring to a boil and simmer for another 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. At the end, add salt, pepper and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
