Garlic 2 clove
Ground black pepper to taste
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
bell pepper 1 pc
Sesame 2 tbsp
Udon noodles 300 g
Teriyaki sauce 3 tbsp

How to make udon with teriyaki sauce at home? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can immediately pour water for the noodles into the pan and put it on the stove to boil.

Wash the bell pepper in running water, cut in half, remove the stem and core with seeds. Cut the pepper into strips.

Wash the carrots in running water with a brush, peel, rinse and cut into strips or use a Korean carrot grater. This cutting method is traditional, but you can change it if you wish.

Peel the garlic and finely chop it with a knife.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the carrots and fry lightly for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Boil udon noodles in salted water until tender according to package instructions. It took me 11 minutes on low heat. It’s better to fry vegetables and cook noodles at the same time, so everything will take less time.

Add the bell pepper to the pan with the carrots and fry everything together, stirring, for about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic, stir and cook together for another 1 minute.

Place the finished noodles in a colander and let the water drain.

Once all the moisture from the vegetables has evaporated, add the noodles and teriyaki sauce to the pan. Mix everything thoroughly and remove the pan from the heat. Udon noodles with vegetables and teriyaki sauce are ready.
