Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 1 tbsp
Water 200 ml
Sour cream 200 g
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Beef (pulp) 600 g
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp

Prepare the ingredients. To prepare beef stroganoff with sour cream in a frying pan, we will need: beef pulp (or ready-made chopped beef stroganoff like mine), sour cream, tomato paste, flour, vegetable oil for frying, ground black pepper and salt.

Wash the beef and dry it. Trim off excess fat and film. Cut the meat across the grain into thin slices. Cut the slices into strips.

In a dry frying pan, stirring constantly, fry the flour until golden brown. Pour the flour into a bowl.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add pieces of beef and fry over high heat for about 7 minutes until a golden crust appears on the meat. Transfer the meat to a plate.

Place sour cream, tomato paste, flour, ground black pepper and salt into a frying pan.

Pour in water, stirring thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Place the fried beef in the pan with the gravy and stir.

Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the beef stroganoff over low heat for about 25 minutes.

Serve ready beef stroganoff with any side dish: boiled rice, potatoes (pieces or mashed potatoes), pasta, buckwheat, etc. Bon appetit!
