Hard cheese 50 g
Green beans 380 g
Herbal mixture (Provençal herbs (0.5 tsp.) to taste

How to make beans with cheese? Prepare the necessary products. Beans can be used either fresh or frozen. Instead of olive oil, refined vegetable oil is suitable. Add spices and seasonings to taste and desire.

If using fresh vegetables, remove the ends from each pod. Wash the beans and boil in salted boiling water until soft. This will take approximately 10-12 minutes. Frozen beans do not need to be thawed first. Immediately place it in boiling water.

Drain the water and cool the beans. Cut each bean pod into 2-3 pieces.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Any cheese is suitable for this dish — hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well. The amount of cheese can be increased if desired.

Peel the garlic, wash it, pass it through a press or grate it on a fine grater. Add garlic to taste.

Combine sour cream with garlic and Provençal herbs, stir. Sour cream can be replaced with natural yogurt without additives.

Pour olive oil over the prepared beans, add sour cream and some grated cheese. Stir.

Place the beans and cheese in a baking dish and level. Any heat-resistant mold is suitable for this recipe: ceramic, metal or glass. My mold diameter is 23 cm.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the beans.
