How to make cabbage rolls from beet leaves? First of all, we prepare the necessary products with spices for preparing aromatic cabbage rolls in the oven with sour cream and tomato sauce in Turkish.

To prepare the dressing, take a frying pan and place it on the stove that is turned on, then pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into it, then put one finely chopped onion in it, mix it and fry it over high heat on the stove.

Place one carrot grated on a coarse grater into the frying pan, then stir and fry the vegetables over high heat on the stove.

Place six hundred grams of minced meat, two hundred grams of boiled rice in a deep bowl, then pour salt, cumin, coriander, suneli hops and a mixture of ground black and red pepper into it to taste.
