Champignon 150 g

How to make creamed meat in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Which part of the pork to choose for baking is up to you to decide. The main thing is that the meat is boneless. This could be a piece of ham, neck, tenderloin or carb.

Cut the meat into small portions and beat a little. Sprinkle the meat with salt and spices. Dried garlic and basil go well with meat. But you can change the spice set a little to your taste.

For baking, take any heat-resistant form. I have a ceramic mold. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with vegetable oil and place the prepared meat in it.

Place the chopped champignons all over the meat and pour over the cream. I use heavy cream so that its flavor comes through in the finished dish. But to reduce the calorie content of the dish, you can use low-fat cream. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes.
