Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to bake pasta cones with minced meat and cheese in the oven? Prepare the ingredients listed in the recipe. Take hard pasta. Minced pork or mixed pork and beef. Cream is suitable for any fat content. Wash chicken eggs thoroughly.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel a medium-sized onion and rinse with cool water. Chop as finely as possible.

Step 3

Step 3
Pour refined vegetable oil into the frying pan and heat it up. Place the chopped onion in the frying pan and fry it until golden over low heat. Stir the onion constantly to avoid burning.

Step 4

Step 4
Add minced meat to the onions. Stir, breaking up any lumps with a fork. Cook the meat over low heat for about 7 minutes. Salt and pepper to your taste. If desired, add appropriate spices, such as Italian herbs.

Step 5

Step 5
Boil the pasta in salted water until tender. Read the instructions on the package for cooking times. Place the finished cones in a colander to drain excess liquid.

Step 6

Step 6
While the pasta is cooking and the minced meat is frying, prepare the filling. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse or medium grater. You can replace hard cheese with unbrined mozzarella.

Step 7

Step 7
In a suitable container, mix half the amount of cheese (leave the other half for topping), three eggs and cream. Stir the mixture until smooth. Cream can be replaced with milk or sour cream.

Step 8

Step 8
Wash the tomatoes and dry with a paper towel. Cut into small squares. Tomatoes can be replaced with tomato paste by adding (2-3 tablespoons) to the minced meat.

Step 9

Step 9
Grease the bottom and sides of the baking dish with vegetable oil. Add 1/3 of the boiled pasta.

Step 10

Step 10
Fill the pasta cones with cream, eggs and cheese.

Step 11

Step 11
Place the prepared minced meat on top.

Step 12

Step 12
Place half of the chopped tomatoes on top of the minced meat.

Step 13

Step 13
Spread the remaining pasta in the next layer. Place the other half of the tomato on top.

Step 14

Step 14
The finishing touch. Sprinkle macaroni cheese. If you like, arrange the cherry tomato halves on top, but this is not necessary. Bake the horns with minced meat and cheese in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

Step 15

Step 15
The finished pasta casserole with minced meat can be served warm, but even when cooled, it will not lose its taste. Bon appetit!
