Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make oven-baked sausages with cheese without dough? To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can use any sausage for this dish. But keep in mind that they can greatly affect the final taste of the dish. For example, if you take sausages with a pronounced smoked taste, then the whole dish will also have a slight smoked taste. If you want a neutral flavor, use regular sausages, such as milk or butter.

Step 2

Step 2
Clean the sausages from the factory film. Cut each sausage lengthwise in the middle, without cutting 1 cm to the edges. At the same time, you should try not to cut through the sausages. Because cheese may leak into the slots during baking.

Step 3

Step 3
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. I have regular Russian cheese. Mozzarella (brine and for pizza) and suluguni are also suitable here.

Step 4

Step 4
Stuff sausages with grated cheese. If you wish, you can add chopped fresh herbs, mayonnaise or pressed garlic to the grated cheese.

Step 5

Step 5
Place the sausages in a parchment-lined baking pan. Sprinkle spices on top. You can replace or add spices to your taste. Place the mold in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-30 minutes. Make sure that the sausages do not burst and the cheese does not leak out of them. Instead of baking, you can fry the sausages in a frying pan with a lid.

Step 6

Step 6
Serve the sausages immediately while they are hot and the cheese is still tender. Any side dish will do. I served it with mashed potatoes and fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
